Our Mission
Brain-based innovation for those who need it most
We're on a mission to transform women’s health by providing non-hormonal and non-drug based solutions for real and lasting relief.

Building solutions without compromise
"Women shouldn't need to solve their health problems at the expense of creating new ones. Yet, we've done that for years."
"Through research, innovation, and a dedication to understanding the unique female brain, we're offering solutions that are effective, safe, and tailored specifically to women.
Women shouldn't have to settle for less. No more compromises, just the solutions we deserve."

Making neuroscientific solutions available to everyone

Research and innovation
Most of our resources and investment have been dedicated to rigorous research, clinical trials, regulatory compliance and hardware innovation to ensure that Nettle meets the highest standards as a safe and effective medically regulated device.
This commitment includes funding three clinical trials (with many others ongoing), collaborating with top experts from leading institutions, and navigating stringent medical regulations.
We prioritised these efforts so that when we introduced a brain-based, non-hormonal option for menstrual symptom management, women could trust that Nettle is certified, safe, and effective.

Access and Payment Options
To make our vision of accessible treatment a reality, we are:
- working with medical regulations to make Nettle a prescribed treatment option
- partnering with workplace wellness platforms such as Zest, Juniper, and Heka
- working closely with patients to understand their unique needs
- building strong relationships with healthcare providers who specialise in menstrual health
- collaborating with health systems like the NHS to gather data on the cost-effectiveness of expanding treatment options for conditions like endometriosis, PMDD, and PCOS

Education and information
At Samphire, we're obsessed with advancing public awareness, knowledge and innovative treatment options within women’s health.
After R&D, our next largest investment is in free educational resources, accessible worldwide through our mobile app, website, social media, newsletters, in-depth guides, resources for healthcare practitioners, and community events.
We believe that providing women with clear, up-to-date research on their health is the most powerful tool for empowering informed choices about their bodies and minds.
