While developing the world’s first medical-grade device for PMS and menstrual pain, we discovered that many of the women we worked with lacked a clear understanding of how their menstrual cycles impacted their well-being. Often, the science behind their cycles was overlooked, and the emotional and physical challenges were downplayed. While this highlights a broader issue within the healthcare industry—one that tends to deprioritise women’s health and will take years to solve, we asked ourselves: how can we address this today? 



For us, the answer lay in connecting cycle tracking and symptom logging—features found in many apps—with real, science-backed insights and educational content. Because we believe knowledge is power and when you understand what’s happening in your body, you’re empowered to manage and treat it.
